A quantum dot (QD) system provides various physics of nanostructures. So far, many types semiconductor QD structures have been fabricated and investigated experimentally analyzed theoretically. Presently, systems attracted considerable attention as units for the qubit computers. Therefore, it is vital to integrate measurement devices in addition qubits. Here, we theoretically investigate side-QD a apparatus energy-levels target QDs. We formulate transport properties both three five QDs based on Green functions method. The effects energy-difference two side-QDs current are calculated. trade-off between strength back-action induced by discussed. It found that medium coupling appropriate reading out difference energy-levels.
